Need I go on? <br /><br />I think a big part of the problem 3 seasons ago was Dusty Baker's tie to Corey Patterson...Baker apparently overlooked Corey's tie to no hitting and poor fielding (minor parts of the game) in favor of ...umm...how he wore his uniform?! I honestly can't say what he was thinking. <br /><br />I try to be optimistic, but as long as Baker is managing, this team is going to have to look to within to find the motivation and enthusiasm to win...regardless of how many "vets" they sign. Remember Baker's excuse a few years ago? "It's not my team." In my opinion, he should have been gone 5 minutes after that statement. When does it become your team, Baker? When they are winning?
